A little care goes a long way.
Looking after your Lust & Bloom product properly will help keep it clean, performing beautifully and ready whenever you are.
Always read the instructions supplied with your individual product before first use, as care and safety requirements may vary between products.
Before First Use
Before using your Lust & Bloom product:
- Read the instructions supplied with your product
- Check the product for signs of damage
- Fully charge it where recommended
- Clean the product according to its care instructions
Do not use a product if it appears damaged or isn't working as expected.
Cleaning
We recommend cleaning your product before and after every use.
Unless the product instructions state otherwise, clean appropriate surfaces using warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap or suitable toy cleaner.
Rinse thoroughly where appropriate and dry with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth.
Do not use harsh household cleaners, bleach, alcohol or abrasive cleaning products unless specifically permitted in your product instructions.
Always check your product's waterproof rating before immersing it in water.
Waterproof & Water-Resistant Products
Not every product is designed to be submerged.
If your product is described as waterproof, follow the limitations provided in its instructions.
If it is described as water-resistant, do not assume it can be fully submerged.
Never immerse charging cables, plugs or other electrical accessories in water.
Lubricants
Lubricant can enhance comfort and enjoyment, but it's important to choose one that's compatible with your product.
Unless the individual product instructions state otherwise, a water-based lubricant is generally the safest choice for many intimate products.
Some silicone-based or oil-based lubricants may not be suitable for certain materials.
Always check your product instructions and the lubricant manufacturer's guidance before use.
Charging
For rechargeable products:
- Follow the charging instructions supplied
- Use the supplied or specifically recommended charging equipment
- Make sure charging points are clean and dry
- Don't charge a visibly damaged product or cable
- Keep charging products away from excessive heat and water
Do not attempt to open, dismantle, modify or repair a rechargeable product yourself.
If you notice unusual heat, swelling, damage, odour or other abnormal behaviour, stop using and charging the product and contact us.
Storage
Allow your product to dry completely before storing it.
Store it somewhere clean and dry, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and extreme cold.
Where possible, store products separately or in their supplied pouch or packaging.
Keep products and charging accessories out of the reach of children.
Safe Use
Lust & Bloom products are designed for adult use.
Use products only for their intended purpose and follow the instructions supplied with your individual product.
Never force a product.
Stop using a product immediately if you experience pain, significant discomfort, irritation, numbness, bleeding or another unexpected reaction.
If symptoms persist or you have concerns about your health, seek appropriate medical advice.
Only use a product internally where it is specifically designed and instructed for internal use.
Products intended for anal use should have an appropriate feature designed to prevent complete insertion.
Damaged Products
Stop using your product if you notice:
- Cracks, splits or tears
- Significant changes to its surface
- Exposed internal components
- Battery swelling
- Unusual overheating
- Damage to the charging system
- Any other fault that could affect safe use
Do not attempt to repair the product yourself.

Batteries & Disposal
Products containing batteries or electrical components should be disposed of responsibly and in accordance with applicable local recycling and waste requirements.
Please follow the disposal information supplied with your product.
